Mom and Rick came in for Halloween. We had a lot of fun. We even played baseball in the backyard. Who knew my Mom was such a slugger? She also proved Patrick wrong when he declared, "You can't run Gramma. You're too old." She beat him in a race at the park. Patrick said he lost because he was laughing too hard. What am I going to do with this boy???
I made Lily a Queen Amidala parade costume and Patrick an Obi-Wan Kenobi costume. Maggie got short shrift with an old Tinkerbell costume of Lily's. Lily's costume took me so long to sew the cape, I ran out of time to make Maggie's candy corn costume. Maybe next year.
